"Why is Gracie Barra with Alberto Crane one of a kind? I truly believe it has a lot to do with the people that he works closely with. It is really a team set mentality where everyone has one goal in mind...to improve their skills in the sport in a way where it carries over to a healthy lifestyle. Crane and his support staff all bring their own strengths to the table, which results in superb training. They all love what they do, and that vibe carries over to the people who train. Also, the kids program is "off the chain" (meaning, it's very good). Excuse my slang...I am a parent of a two year old boy, and I don't know how they do it. My hats are off to them.
